I was born in sunny San Diego, and spent my early years moving around the country—from Oregon to Arizona—before settling in North Carolina at the age of 9. Growing up in the country, I rode horses, soaked up sunshine, and dreamt of the big city life one day. After studying journalism I stumbled upon my true passion: event planning. I spent several years as a meetings and conference coordinator for a non-profit and then a trade association on Capitol Hill, managing everything from day-to-day to logistics for events both on and offsite.

In 2013, I married my husband, Peter, and soon after, we welcomed our first child. I loved my job but wanted to be home with my baby girl, so I transitioned to working from home.

We moved to Lexington in April of 2023 from Baltimore, Maryland. It was like a breath of fresh air. The small-town charm and Lexington’s quaint downtown feel took a weight off of our shoulders, and we felt for the first time that we could finally rest, let loose, and enjoy life as a family. We’ve absolutely fallen in love with Lexington, and we wouldn’t dream of callinganywhere else home!

Now, as a mom of five, I’m back to my roots in event planning and customer service, and so thankful to be a part of the Harmony Home Team, creating welcoming and memorable experiences for our clients.
