I’m Kimberly Hostetter.
It’s nice to meet you!
In case you are curious, here is a little about me; I was born in Northridge, CA and raised in a small town in the southern California mountains called Tehachapi. Growing up with my parents as successful entrepreneurs made me want to become an entrepreneur too. That is what lead me to originally start my real estate career in 2005, at the age of 19.
Fast forward to 2015 when I became a licensed Realtor in the Shenandoah Valley. Since that time, I have now had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients in pursuing and achieving their real estate goals. Prior to returning to real estate sales, I worked as a real estate paralegal for one of area’s top attorneys’ offices as well as a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a position which recognizes the top two percent of the company.
I love what I do and the people I get to work with! My biggest passion is impacting the lives of others in a positive way. This is something I hope to do while serving my clients. I work with both buyers and sellers in the Rockbridge County, Augusta County and surrounding areas with a focus on professionalism and building strong relationships.
I pride myself maintaining clear communication and being a tenacious negotiator for your interest, both which I believe are key during a real estate transaction. I am devoted to creating the best experience possible for my clients.
I count it a privilege to reside in the Blueridge Mountains with my husband, Matt, and our two children Alexis and Lucas. We attend Rockbridge Church I co-lead our women’s ministry and serve alongside my husband through the music ministry. In my free time, I love to ride quarter horse Cinch and enjoy attending martial arts classes with my kids!

My name is Staci Mauck!
Staci Mauck, is the Executive Assistant for Kimberly Hostetter at Harmony Home Team. Staci is a Rockbridge County Native and resides in Lexington, VA. Currently, Staci assists with various daily operations at Harmony Home Team, such as transaction management and marketing. She has worked alongside Kimberly for the past 5 years. Recently, Staci has obtained her Virginia Salesperson License.
Staci is a tremendous asset to Harmony Home Team and is a key ingredient in providing a top-notch client experience to every buyer and seller we work with. She values the lasting connections she has built within our small town community. In her free time Staci enjoys music, camping, and spending time with her husband and three children.

My name is Brooke Minichiello!
Brooke is a Massachusetts native who proudly calls Rockbridge County home, along with her Husband and two daughters. Relocating here allowed Brooke the opportunity to raise her girls while also enjoying the more relaxed lifestyle that she and her family desired.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals and find their dream homes, Brooke brings strengths such as great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a warm, people-focused approach to her work. Her tenacious spirit and desire to continually learn are assets that drive her to excel in all aspects of her life and career.
Brooke has a diverse background which includes experience in banking, hospitality and dedicated volunteer work with Care Portal at her church. She prides herself on exceptional customer service and cares deeply about accomplishing the ideal outcomes for her clients.
Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys exploring local hiking trails, spending quality time with her family, and immersing herself in the vibrant culture of Rockbridge County.
