Born and raised in California, Kimberly Hope Hostetter has proudly called the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia home since 2007. Inspired by her parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, she began her real estate career at just 19 years old.

Before returning to real estate sales in 2015, Kimberly built a strong foundation in the industry as a real estate paralegal, developing a deep understanding of contracts and the intricacies of the transaction process. She later refined her leadership, marketing, and client service skills as a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a distinction achieved by the top 2% of the company.

Today, Kimberly is known for delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven real estate experience. A tenacious negotiator and clear communicator, she is valued for her strategic thinking, meticulous preparation, and ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and care. Her business is built on integrity, discretion, and a genuine commitment to guiding clients smoothly through some of life’s most meaningful transitions.

As Team Leader of the Harmony Home Team, Kimberly leads a dedicated group of professionals who share her passion for exceptional service and results-driven strategy. Outside of real estate, Kimberly loves time with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Alexis and Lucas. Their family is actively involved at Rockbridge Church, where she serves in music ministry. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys riding her horse, Cinch, and working on home projects.
