Born and raised in Lexington, Victoria has always felt at home in the Shenandoah Valley. Now living in Waynesboro, she brings years of customer service, real estate experience, and strong organizational skills to her role as our Listing Coordinator.

Her work in real estate sales and property management, healthcare advocacy, and fitness leadership has strengthened her communication, problem‑solving, and client‑support skills  all of which shine through in her day‑to‑day work with our team.

Victoria is known for her friendly, approachable style and her steady diligence. She keeps the listing process moving smoothly, supports with clarity and care, and ensures every property is presented at its best.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys skiing, navigating car club cruises along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive, and spending time with her two dogs — Aspen and Kona. She and her husband are resolute JMU fans and never miss a chance to cheer on the Washington Capitals.
